This design model is for a full-scale, mixed-usefacility with features that will include:

• Visitor's Center and trails
• Boardwalks and raised platforms for ecosystem exploration
• Habitat restoration of the salt marsh, with some research capabilities
• Research facilities for expanding the number of species produced
• A combination of ponds and tanks producing 10-20 million fish per year
